At least 10 people were killed and few others were injured after a truck overturned in Maharashtra’s Sangli district in the early hours of Saturday. The deceased included three women and seven men. The mishap took place near Taasgaon-Kawathe Mahakal highway at around 2 am this morning.
The truck was carrying tiles and was coming from Karnataka to Karad in Maharashtra.
The injured have been rushed to the nearby hospital for medical treatment. More details are awaited.
