In a shocking incident, a man found a dead lizard in sambar when he had gone to dine in at one of Delhi’s top restaurants, located in Connaught Place.
A group of men ordered the popular south Indian dish sambar-dosa at a well-known restaurant in the posh market area, known for its luxury hotels, high-end eateries and shopping complexes and was left shocked when they found a dead lizard in their bowl.
Meanwhile, a video has gone viral on social media in which the man shows the dead lizard on a spoon with half-eaten food visible in the background. In a video, men are also seen yelling at a person who appears to be the restaurant staff.
“I have eaten some bites (from the sambar bowl). Half of the lizard is missing,” he says to the staff of the restaurant.
