Maruti Suzuki Dzire Price Hike June 2026: Maruti Suzuki has increased the prices of its best-selling compact sedan, the Dzire, by up to Rs 7,500, making it the latest model in the company’s portfolio to receive a price revision this month. While the entry-level LXi petrol manual continues at its existing price, almost every other variant has become more expensive, with the largest increase reserved for the CNG trims.

The updated Dzire now carries an ex-showroom price ranging from Rs 6.25 lakh to Rs 9.36 lakh.

  • LXi MT: Rs 6.25 lakh
  • VXi MT: Rs 7.22 lakh + Rs 5,000
  • ZXi MT: Rs 8.22 lakh + Rs 5,000
  • ZXi+ MT: Rs 8.91 lakh + Rs 5,000
  • VXi CNG: Rs 8.10 lakh + Rs 7,500
  • ZXi CNG: Rs 9.11 lakh + Rs 7,500

The VXi CNG and ZXi CNG variants are seeing the biggest jump, around Rs 7,500 whereas the rest of the petrol options get a steady hike of Rs 5,000. The base LXi variant is left alone.

No Changes to Engine or Features

Other than the updated pricing, Maruti Suzuki hasn’t introduced any mechanical tweaks or feature modifications to the Dzire.

The sedan continues to be powered by a 1.2-litre Z-Series three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 82 hp and 112 Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT, while factory-fitted CNG variants remain available for customers prioritising lower running costs.

  • Petrol Manual: 24.79 kmpl
  • Petrol AMT: 25.71 kmpl
  • CNG: 33.73 km/kg

Safety and Premium Features Continue

The latest-generation Dzire continues to offer one of the strongest safety packages in the compact sedan segment, including a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating.

Key equipment includes:

  • Six airbags
  • ABS with EBD
  • Electronic Stability Program
  • Hill Hold Assist
  • Reverse parking sensors
  • Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
  • 360-degree camera
  • 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system
  • Wireless smartphone connectivity
  • Cruise control
  • Electric sunroof
  • Push-button start
  • Automatic climate control

These features continue unchanged despite the price revision.

Why Has Maruti Increased Dzire Prices?

The latest revision follows Maruti Suzuki’s announcement that it would increase prices across several models to partially offset rising production costs, commodity prices and operational expenses. The Dzire joins models such as the Swift, Baleno, Fronx, Jimny and e Vitara that have also received revised pricing in June.
