Muzaffarpur: The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court has ordered to seize the property of the main accused Brajesh Thakur’s wife, in the Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case. The continuous hearing is going on in this case and the Supreme Court (SC) on Monday has summoned Bihar Chief Secretary and Director General of Police.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating the matter and the case is being heard in Patna High Court and Supreme Court. The main accused Brajesh Thakur has been shifted to Patiala jail after the SC order, in order to have a fair trial.

The Chief Secretary and DGP have been summoned

Expressing the shock that the state police failed to trace and arrest the former minister Manju Verma, one of the accused in the case, SC has summoned the Bihar Chief Secretary and Director General of Police on Monday.
