Several states rescheduled the counselling process after the union health ministry instructed the National Board of Examinations (NBE) to reduce the NEET PG cut-off to zero for all categories.
The Supreme Court authorized a one-time extension of the deadline for enrolling students in postgraduate medical programs until October 10.

Rajasthan NEET PG round 3 revised dates
Today, on the official website ruhsraj.org, the RUHS College of Dental Sciences will publish the provisional seat matrix for the Rajasthan NEET PG round 3 counselling 2023. The provisional round 3 merit list was released yesterday. Students will be required to submit their authentic documents from October 2 to 6 for the third round of Rajasthan NEET PG counselling.

The Kerala Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) has reopened the online registration procedure for the third round of Kerala NEET PG counselling for the academic year 2023. It will be open on October 3 until 3 p.m. After the NBE reduced the qualifying percentile to zero, the decision was made. Candidates who qualify will be required to pay a Rs 10,000 security deposit upon registration. Those belonging to the SC, ST, and OE categories must pay Rs 5,000.
