The Vaccine War Box Office Collection Day 3: The Vaccine War by Vivek Agnihotri got off to a terribly sluggish start in theatres. It has finally experienced an increase in popularity after earning Rs 85 lakh and Rs 90 lakh on days 1 and 2, respectively.
The Vaccine War Box Office Collection Day 3
The movie made Rs 1.50 crore on Saturday, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. It is an increase of over 68% from the previous day. With this, the movie’s three-day takings have reached Rs 3.25 crore.
However, the Hindi market only recorded a 16.30% occupancy for the movie. Evening and midday concerts had occupancy rates of 18.79 and 15.73 percent, respectively, while night shows averaged 20.31 percent foot traffic. There was a meagre 10.38% turnout for the morning performances.

About the Movie
The Vaccine War, which attempts to tell the tale of the scientists who created India’s Covid-19 vaccine, Covaxin, during the pandemic, has been marketed as India’s first “bio-science” film. Although the critics have given the movie mixed reviews, it seems that the audience is not very interested in seeing it.
After a spectacular Saturday, The Vaccine War was released alongside Fukrey 3, which has already made Rs 27.93 crore at the box office. Since its September 7 release, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has dominated the box office. In light of this rivalry, it appears unlikely that The Vaccine War will be able to compete. Even after three weeks in theatres, Jawan earned Rs 9.25 crore on day 24. The movie’s nett earnings in India now total Rs 596.20 crore.
Vivek asserted in a previous interview that individuals were receiving payments to refrain from discussing his film. “These days, if you just write the name Jawan, at least 10,000 people will come and review it,” he said to Galatta Plus. Nowadays, YouTube is used a lot. However, despite the fact that a movie as important as The Vaccine War is coming out, and that too after I produced a Rs 350 crore film that had a similar impact, nobody has evaluated it since money is being exchanged, and there is a ban on mentioning our names.
Nana Patekar, Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher, Nivedita Bhattacharya, and Girija Oak are featured in The Vaccine War as well.
