Rocky’s Journey to Leadership

Prior to this, he had gained recognition through his active participation as a dancer, and this could be seen as a stepping stone for his later role in the industry as he would work closely with the various stakeholders in getting the performers recognized.
After parting ways with ASTRO and launching a solo career, he chose to start his own company One Fine Day Entertainment, where he would develop not only the artistic side but the managerial one as well.

Now, as General Director, Rocky gets to influence the destiny of K-pop itself on a larger scale. His appointment is one that mirrors not only his achievements in the industry but also the trust that international entertainment powers have in his potential.
Key Responsibilities and Vision
His new post at the Global K-Pop Center will see Rocky responsible for directing performances, setting choreography standards, and managing artist development programs. Additionally, he will work on strengthening the training systems for budding artists, organizing global auditions, and offering strategies for content creation and intellectual property rights.

Rocky was quite open about his dreams, which were not limited to simply putting together marvelous shows, but rather, he wanted to create a place where the new talent could develop slowly and usefully.
