It had not been even 24 hours since JD(U) supremo, Nitish Kumar resigned as Bihar chief minister and came back to his post on Thursday early morning, backed by National Democratic Alliance. The decision reportedly has not gone well among the members of the party.

JD(U) MP Ali Anwar and Sharad Yadav chose to remain silent at the situation. Sources say that Yadav is reportedly furious at Nitish’s decision to form the government with the support of the NDA. He had recently said that the grand alliance could be saved only if all the parties work together in cooperation.

Anwar said that his conscience did not allow him to support Nitish’s decision of forming the government with support from the NDA. He said, “Nitish Kumar listened to his soul and made the decision to join BJP. If given a chance, I would propose my point of view to the party. I think the reasons why we separated from the BJP are very much evident in the present situation. The one thing we did not like about Nitish Kumar’s vision, BJP is one step ahead of that”, he said.

Sources say that Sharad Yadav is reportedly furious at Nitish’s decision to form the government with the support of the NDA. He had recently said that the grand alliance could be saved only if all the parties work together in cooperation.

While Nitish and Sushil Modi were being sworn in as the chief minister and deputy chief minister respectively, Yadav took to Twitter to take a jibe at the government.

If sources are to be believed, Nitish’s move of disassociating with the mahagathbandhan has angered Yadav. He may reportedly choose to even leave the party.
