After Congress vice president, Rahul Gandhi’s car was attacked on his visit to flooded areas in Gujarat, he attacked the Centre and said that any attack by the NDA government cannot deter their aim to work for the people. Earlier, Congress spokesperson, Randeep Singh Surjewala alleged that the ‘BJP goons had attacked Cong VP Rahulji’s car’.

Earlier on Friday, Gandhi was shown black flags and his car was attacked in Banaskantha, Gujarat. The Congress vice president was on a visit to flood-hit areas of Gujarat and will tour the northern districts of Gujarat that have been declared ‘disaster-affected’ by the state government.
After he was shown the black flag while addressing people, Gandhi said, “Aane do aane do, yeh kale jhande yahan lagane do, ghabraye hue yeh log, koi farak nahi padta humein.”
Congress spokesperson, Randeep Singh Surjewala said, “BJP goons attack Cong VP Rahulji’s car in Lal Chowk, Dhanera, Banaskanta, Gujarat. Disgusting & disgraceful. With 218 deaths in Gujarat, 61 in Bansakanta alone, PM only does an aerial visit while CM takes 5 days to visit. BJP only attacks the opposition. Windowpanes of Cong VP’s car broken in an organized attack by goons, security staff injured. BJP must know truth can’t be silenced.”
