Opposition has no right to interfere in my personal faith: Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, paid a visit to the Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya on Thursday and hit out at the Opposition for criticising the grand Diwali celebrations which took place in the city. “This is my personal faith and how can opposition interfere in this?” Adityanath said.

“Opposition has no work. There is a transparent government in UP now. We cannot expect anything good from the negative powers”, he added.

On his visit to Ram Janmabhoomi, the UP CM directed the administration to run the Swachhta Abhiyan effectively and ensure basic facilities to people. Speaking to ANI, he said that for the development of the region there are certain things like drainage system, drinking water facilities, toilets, that need to be worked upon.

“Scores of devotees from around the world visit Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. As the CM, it is my duty to look after their convenience and cleanliness of the place. I am committed towards development of every place of the state”, the CM said.

Earlier in the day, he visited Sugriva Temple and Hanumangarhi Temple.
