PSEB 10th Scores 2026 Out: Check Merit List, Pass Percentage & Top Performers

PSEB 10th Scores 2026 Out Today:The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially declared the Class 10 (Matric) Results 2026 today, May 11. Students who appeared for the Punjab Board examinations can now check their scores online through the official website of PSEB and DigiLocker.

This year, the Punjab Board recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 94.52%. According to official statistics, over 2.69 lakh students appeared for the examination, out of which 2,54,744 students successfully passed.

Topper List

Among all candidates, Harleen Sharma emerged as the topper of the PSEB Class 10 examinations with an outstanding 99.38% marks.

Meanwhile, Manimahesh Sharma secured the second position in the merit rankings, according to multiple media reports following the official announcement.

Girls continued their dominance in the Punjab Board examinations this year as well. The pass percentage for boys stood at 93.23%, while the overall state result settled at 94.52%.

Rural Punjab Performs Better Than Urban Areas

One of the key highlights of the 2026 results was the exceptional performance of students from rural regions. Rural areas recorded a pass percentage of 95.35%, significantly higher than the 92.98% recorded in urban areas. Education experts believe this reflects improving educational outreach and stronger academic participation in Punjab’s rural districts.

Students in Reappear and Failed Categories

As per the data released by PSEB, around 13,126 students have been placed in the reappear category, while 1,593 students failed to clear the examination. Additionally, 42 results have reportedly been withheld.
