The entire week seems to be quite nail-biting to Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Ram Kadam as each day came along with a terrifying blunder in his life.

Starting from Monday’s controversial statement over kidnaping women to issuing apology twice for it, and later ranked as ‘worst MLA for the second twice, Ghatkopar MLA Ram Kadam garlanded nation-wide attention throughout the week. And this was not enough that he was attacked and trolled yet again in the same week, this time for spreading fake news about Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre’s death.

Taking it to the Twitter, BJP’s Ram Kadam posted in Marathi about the actor’s death in the US and offering prayers for her.

Half-an-hour later, he deleted the tweet after he was trolled for believing a baseless rumour. Responding to the trolls, Kadam wrote another Tweet saying “About Sonali Bendre ji, it was rumour for the last two days. I pray to god for her good health and speedy recovery.”

Earlier this week, on the eve of Janmashtami on Monday September 3, a video went viral over social media where Ghatkopar MLA allegedly promised the young men present at the dahi handi event, that he would kidnap the girls they liked even if she says no to the proposal.

Two days later, on Wednesday, Kadam issued a public apology for his remarks. He posted a video on Twitter apologising for his comments. In the video, the BJP MLA said that respect for my respect for mothers and sisters is most important for me.

It was in this week only that Kadam was ranked the worst MLA for the second time in a row. Of the 32 MLA on the list for a survey conducted by Praja Foudation, Ram Kadam stood the last.

Meanwhile, actress Sonali Bendre is currently undergoing treatment for metastatic cancer in the New York.
