Ranveer Singh has definitely had an eventful 2018 to be thankful about. It started with the release of Padmaavat, which went on to break box office records and Singh was applauded for his menacingly villainous act as Alauddin Khilji. Then, there was the wedding announcement of Ranveer and Deepika as the lovebirds got married at Lake Como, Italy, on November 14-15. On December 28, Ranveer’s latest outing Simmba released and roared on Day 1, as it collected Rs 20 crore. Indeed, it has been the Year of Ranveer Singh!
Hence, it comes as no surprise that Ranveer’s recent outing included a smiling Ranveer with two thumbs up. The actor rocked a baby pink hoodie which he paired with blue jeans, white sneakers and white snapback. The handsome gentleman rocked black square-shaped spectacles and we’re in love with the bearded look. The Gully Boy star posed for the paparazzi in his rapper avatar and then headed for his car. Meanwhile, Ranveer is on cloud nine as the audience cannot get enough of the actor’s performance in Simmba. Along with Rohit Shetty, Singh has visited a few single-screen and multiplex theatres to gauge the fans’ reaction.
Speaking about his personal life, Ranveer and Deepika will soon be heading for their honeymoon to an undisclosed location. Their honeymoon will coincide with Deepika’s birthday on January 5, 2019.
In 2019 and 2020, Ranveer will be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy opposite Alia Bhatt, Kabir Khan’s ’83 based on cricket legend Kapil Dev and Karan Johar’s Takht alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor.
