For the Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs) 2023-24 Series III, the Reserve Bank of India set an issue price of $ 6,199 per gram. The price will be reduced by $ 50 per gram for online subscribers.
From December 18 through December 22, the subscription window for the Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs) 2023-24 Series III will open. These bonds are scheduled to be issued on December 28, 2023. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced the price for the tranche on Friday, December 15.
Price determination
A simple average closing price of gold of 999 purity is used as the basis for determining the price of SGBs, published by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association Ltd (IBJA) on the last three working days prior to the subscription period.
By RBI’s statement, the nominal value of a Gold Bond based on the simple average of every closing price between December 13-15 would be $2,499 per gram. For online subscribers, the issue price will be $2,149 per gram.

Input the subscription quantity, nominee information, and click on ‘Purchase’

To complete the purchase, enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile phone
Although the subscription period has ended, SGBs can still be acquired on the secondary market after the subscription period has ended.
