Even though the talk of infighting in Madhya Pradesh Congress has come to an end, seems like all is still not well in the party. And what more might have added to the rift is the poster of Jyotiraditya Scindia in Bhind district alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
The poster read: “Welcome, congratulations and salutation to Shrimant Jyotiraditya Scindia, great son of India and pride of Gwalior-Chambal, for his support to the abrogation of black Article 370 of Constitution.”
According to reports, the poster was put up by BJP Bhind District Coordinator after Scindia’s support for the abrogation of Article 370. However, the saffron party has distanced itself from the posters saying it has nothing to do with it.
Party spokesman Rajneesh Agrawal, while speaking to THE WEEK accepted that Hridesh Sharma was a BJP worker. “But the party has nothing to do with the posters. It might be his (Hridesh Sharma’s) personal initiative,” Agrawal said.
Nevertheless, the setting up of posters has further fuelled the speculation that all is not well within the Congress leadership in Madhya Pradesh
