Ruckus over CAA on Bihar Assembly in budget Session, RJD Leader Tejashwi Yadav claims it ‘black law’

The budget of Bihar will be presented on today 25th February in the House shortly. Before that, a verbal confrontation between RJD and BJP members was seen in the assembly. The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav, called NPR a black law. This was opposed by the BJP members.

There was chaos in the House even a fight occurred between the BJP and RJD MLAs during the discussion on the adjournment motion.

After this uproar, the proceedings of the House had to be adjourned for 15 minutes.

After this, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav accused the BJP MLAs of hooliganism inside the House after exiting the House. Also, he quoted Nitish Kumar’s statement on NPR and said that why the notification was done about it? He accused Chief Minister Nitish of misleading the public.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar responded to questions raised by the opposition in the House and said that the state government has sent a letter to the central government on NPR.

He said that an atmosphere is being created in Bihar regarding NRC-NPR.

The Chief Minister said that I have seen all the documents of CAA. The CAA is for the protection of the interests of the minorities of the three countries and this is the law of the Center and whether it is right or wrong, the Supreme Court will decide now.
