SSC GD 2025: Physical Admit Card Soon, PET Dates, 53,560 Vacancies, Result & Syllabus Details

SSC GD 2025:The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has already started the next step of the SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment. After the computer-based exam (CBE) result was declared, now the focus has shifted to the physical test. This test is important because only the candidates who pass it can move ahead in the selection process.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), which is handling this stage, has shared the dates for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The physical test will happen between August 20 and September 11, 2025. More than 3.94 lakh candidates, who cleared the written exam, are now getting ready for this round.

SSC GD 2025:Constable vacancies

The SSC wants to fill a total of 53,560 constable vacancies this year. The CBE for SSC GD 2025 took place between February 4 and February 25. The result of this written test was declared on June 17, and along with it, the state-wise cutoff marks were also shared.

The scorecard link became available for download from June 26 to July 10 on the official SSC website. Candidates also got access to the final answer key, question papers, and their own responses through the SSC portal ssc.digialm.com.

  4. Download the SSC GD admit card.

Physical test

Candidates now need to focus on the physical test. This includes completing a race and meeting certain physical measurements like height, chest (for male candidates), and weight, as mentioned in the official notification.

The CRPF will soon release the SSC GD PET/PST admit cards on their official recruitment website

It’s important for all selected candidates to check the website regularly because the admit card is necessary for attending the physical test.

Those who cleared the CBE now have to appear at their assigned test centre on the given date with all the required documents and their admit card.

SSC GD Constable exam

The SSC GD Constable exam is a recruitment test held by the Staff Selection Commission every year. This exam helps in filling up posts like Constable (General Duty), Rifleman (GD), and Sepoy in different security forces like CAPFs, SSF, Assam Rifles, and even the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
