Seems there is no stopping for Taapsee Pannu as the Bollywood actor has a lot of projects in hand. She is currently working in her upcoming movie Anubhav Sinha’s Thapppad. The recent addition is that she will be paired opposite Vikrant Massey in Vinil Mathew’s romantic thriller.
The makers believe that the fresh pair can work wonders for the film. Since there are no link-up rumors or any other association at all, the duo will keep the mystery element intact.
This will be Vinil’s second outing in Bollywood and it rolls out in January, a media report claimed. “The makers thought a fresh pair would work in the film’s favor as it will keep the mystery element intact since there will be no preconceived notions about them as a couple,” it quoted a source as saying. The film will come six years after Vinil’s debut directorial, Parineeti Chopra-Sidharth Malhotra’s Hasee Toh Phasee.
Taapsee was last seen on the big screen in Tushar Hiranandani’s Saand Ki Aankh, in which she was seen as Prakashi Tomar, one of the world’s oldest sharpshooters. The film also starred Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role.
Vikrant has Meghna Gulzar’s Chhappaak slated for release next year in January where he will be seen opposite Deepika Padukone.
