The Pavitra Rishta actress’ look from her debut Bollywood movie has generated a lot of curiosity among fans and we are keen on knowing more about her Bollywood debut role. While fans are excited to see the TV actress take her first step into Bollywood, Ankita’s ex-boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput, has also shared his verdict on her first look.
The actor commented on a post featuring her first look and said, “It looks absolutely great Ankita. I’m extremely happy to see this. May God bless with lots of success and happiness.” It is sweet of him to extend an olive branch and wish her on her upcoming movie. We are waiting to see how Ankita will react to his message. We hope the exes are at a better place in their personal life.
The former love birds were dating for six beautiful years before they parted ways. TV viewers would remember that Sushant and Ankita began their love story on the sets of Pavitra Rishta. The duo played the role of Manav and Archana in the TV show.
While there have been many reasons attributed for the breakup, Sushant told Anupama Chopra, “It is very important to give time to a relationship. It can sustain if there are no expectations. When you are in love you care about your partner, and wish for good memories with him or her. Therefore time is like an investment in any relationship. We run after a psychological security which will never last long. Most of the actors only want to speak about themselves and have become self-obsessed. They want to be heard only. Today, people no longer have listening power.”
Speaking to Hindustan Times, the MS Dhoni actor said that media pressure could also be one of the causes behind the break up. “If you are discussed, scrutinised and judged in public not as an actor but for your personal life, you can’t complain. However, you sometimes feel helpless and terrible. Especially if you are an introvert.”
Meanwhile Ankita had said in an interview, “I don’t know why everyone’s speculating that our six-year relationship has ended and that we are no longer together. It’s unnecessary and uncalled for. I am there with him as always, I love Sushant Singh Rajput unconditionally. These rumours are completely baseless and in bad taste.”
