NEW DELHI: Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test 2020 result has been announced today i.e., September 10. The State Board of Technical Education and Training has released the POLYCET result on the official website — polycetts.nic.in.
This year, the POLYCET exam was held on September 2, in one session — from 11.00 AM to 1.30 PM. The POLYCET answer key was issued on the official site and candidates were given time till September 4 to raise objection aginst the answer key.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled castes or Scheduled Tribes will be assigned ranking by securing minimum one (01) mark in the entrance test. All those candidates with less than 30% marks in POLYCET-2020 would be eligible to compete for their category of seats during the admission.
The marks obtained at the entrance test will be considered for the purpose of assigning rank, on the basis of which, selection shall be made for admission into diploma courses.

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad conducted POLYCET for the candidates who wish to take admission into all Diploma Courses in Engineering /Non Engineering/Technology offered at Polytechnics /Institutions (including Aided and Unaided Private Polytechnics /Institutions running as 2nd shift in Private Engineering Colleges) in Telangana State and Diploma in Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Seed Technology & Organic Agriculture Courses offered by Professor Jay Shankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) for the academic year 2020 – 21.
