UGC NET 2022: Today, January 19, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will launch the facility to edit application forms for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (UGC NET December 2022). Those who applied for the exam on or before the deadline and need to change their information can do so by logging in to ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The deadline for editing the UGC NET December 2022 application form is January 2022. (11:50 pm).
The UGC NET December application window closed on January 17. The payment period ended on January 18.
The UGC NET December 2022 exam will be held from February 21 to March 10, 2023. According to a recent notice, the June 2023 edition of the test will be held from June 13 to June 22.
In the first week of February, the NTA will distribute exam city information slips for the UGC NET December exam. The admit cards will be distributed during the second week of February.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) recently announced changes to the cut-off date for determining the upper age limit of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) applicants. The new deadline is December 1, 2022, rather than February 1, 2023.
“A few representations have been received from candidates in order to fix the last date for calculating the age limit to apply for JRF. The UGC NET Bureau (see Letter No.4-1/2019(NET/NTA) dated 02 January 2023) has requested that the upper age limit for applying for JRF be set at 01.12.2022 rather than 01.02.2023. As a result, the National Testing Agency has determined that the deadline for determining the upper age limit for applying JRF for the December 2022 UGC-NET is 01.12.2022.
