UP Board Exam 2022 update: While the process of conducting the UP Board High School and Intermediate Examination 2022 has started, the government has issued certain guidelines for school becoming the exam centres.
In order to be included in the merit list of the UP board, the schools have to apply online based on the standards. After that the merit list will be prepared. After the merit list is prepared, the team formed at the divisional level will inspect the schools and do physical verification.
This year, keeping in mind the Covid 19 protocol, special arrangements will be made at the examination centers to prevent unfortunate incidents like cheating and paper leaks. Due to this, some guidelines have been issued regarding the UP Board exam center.
This year, only those schools will be made exam centers for the UP board examination, in which there will be a strong room arrangement for keeping question papers and answer sheets. Apart from this, CCTV cameras with voice recorder must be installed in the ceiling and packing rooms.
For the purpose of monitoring in schools, it is necessary to have a separate room. Apart from this, the recording capability of the cameras in the DVR should be for at least 30 days. Also, schools should have high speed internet.
Schools should have double-locked almirahs and secure walls around the school in order to have examination centres. This apart, it is mandatory to have an iron gate at the main entrance.
To make the UP Board exam center, it is necessary to have a fire extinguisher and a bucket filled with sand in the school. This apart, drinking water facility should also be there. In the absence of main road and approach road in the schools, they will not be considered suitable for the examination centre.
It is mandatory to have a system of two computer operators, one computer system and proper arrangement of electricity in schools. Also the option of generator should also be present.
