UPSC Recruitment 2020-21: The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC would end the online registration process for Assistant Legal Adviser, Medical Physicist, Public Prosecutor and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) vacancies on December 31, 2020. All the interested and eligible candidates can register for 34 posts on the website– upsc.gov.in

The deadline for the printing of a completely submitted online application is January 1, 2021.

Total posts: 34

Name of the post:

  • Medical Physicist (Safdarjung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare): 4 posts
  • Public Prosecutor (National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs): 10 posts
  • Assistant Legal Adviser (Directorate of Enforcement, Department of revenue, Ministry of Finance): 2 posts.

UPSC Recruitment 2020: Important dates to remember

How to apply for UPSC Recruitment 2020:

Candidates are advised to register only online against on the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) website www.upsconline.nic.in and NOT write to the commission for application forms.

Aspirants are also requested to preview the details of UPSC Recruitment 2020 posts and instructions published below as well as on the website www.upsconline.nic.in carefully.

Application fee:

Candidates need to pay a fee of Rs 25 only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.

Educational qualification:

Assistant Legal Adviser:

(i)Degree in law from a recognised university or institute; and (ii) Three years’ experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws. OR

(i) Master’s Degree in law from a recognised university or institute; and (ii) One-year experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws.

Medical Physicist:

(i) Post Graduate degree in Physics from a recognised University plus Post MSc Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognised University and internship of minimum twelve months in a recognised well equipped Radiation Therapy Department. OR

(ii) A basic degree in Science from a recognised University with Physics as one of the main subjects and A post graduate degree in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognised University and an internship of minimum twelve months in a recognised well equipped Radiation Therapy Department.
