Lucknow: An elderly woman kept on pleading to the Inspector at Gudamba Police Station for registering an FIR against a factory owner in the case of her son’s death. After the inspector was still unmoved, she had to resort to touch his feet.

According to the workers of the Meenakshi Panel Factory, the owner was running a broken machine forcefully. The machine is said to have not been working for last two months. After the death of the employee, the villagers blocked the road and performed for one hour.

“On the deceased’s brother record report has been filed and case in under investigation”, said Tej Pratap Inspector of the Gudamba Police Station. While, Manoj Sonkar, DFO Lucknow assured, “The case will be investigation and in case the factory was running without license, probe will take place in accordance to the rules.”
