Varun Dhawan is spreading awareness about the novel coronavirus like many other Bollywood celebrities as the prevailing situation seems worse. Recently, he reveals one of his relatives in the US has tested positive for COVID-19. From work out videos to giving up PSA, he urges people to stay at home and to practices social distancing.
Varun Dhawan donated Rs 30 lakhs to PM-Cares Fund. Therefore, he is doing all he can to help people infected with the coronavirus.
During a live chat on Instagram, Varun Dhawan said, “It’s very close to home right now. Until it happens to someone you know, you don’t take it seriously and understand the gravity of it.” Varun continued to urge everyone to stay indoors and practice social distancing.
Varun shared a video of deserted Juhu beach on Sunday and wrote, “Juhu beach. I have grown up here played spent a lot of my childhood on this beach and now we can’t go out and touch the water. Mother Nature will heal this situation I truly believe it. #besafebehome. Video courtesy- google.”
After generously donating the PM-Cares fund and the CMO fund, he decided to provide free meals to the people most affected by this pandemic, the daily-wage earners and the unemployed.
