Vivo X300 series India: Vivo has now shared that its new top phones, the X300 and X300 Pro, will arrive in India on 2 December. The company says both models will run on MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chip, and they will also be the first phones in India to use Vivo’s fresh OriginOS 6 UI.
Colours and Camera Details
Vivo also revealed the colours that will come with the new phones. The X300 Pro will launch in Dune Brown and Phantom Black, while the simpler X300 will bring Phantom Black, Mist Blue, and an Indiaonly Summit Red option. The brand also confirmed that it’s camera setup stays linked with ZEISS and both phones will get that special touch.

Vivo says the X300 Pro will use a 200MP APO Telephoto lens, and the normal X300 will carry a 200MP primary shooter. The company also shared that both phones will support a photography kit. This kit will work like the one Oppo made for the X9 phones.
Build and Performance
Both devices already came out in China and other countries, so most specs are already known. The smaller X300 has a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display, and its peak brightness goes up to 4,500 nits. Vivo gives it Armour Glass and 2160Hz PWM dimming to help reduce eye strain at night.
The X300 Pro uses a bigger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED screen with the same 4,500 nits brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo promises solid water and dust resistance with IP68 and IP69 ratings. The company says this means the phones “should potentially be able to withstand being submerged in water for up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes.”
Inside both phones, Vivo added the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor with an Arm Mali G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. The X300 will offer up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

Camera Specs and Battery
The X300 carries three rear cameras: a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT602 periscope telephoto camera. On the front, it uses a 50MP camera for selfies.
The X300 Pro changes the main lens to a 50MP Sony LYT828, adds a 20MP ultra-wide camera, and uses a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens. It also includes a 50MP selfie camera.
For power the X300 has a 6,040 mAh battery, while the X300 Pro packs a 6,510 mAh battery. Both phones support 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
Global Pricing and What to Expect in India
In China the Vivo sells the X300 starting at 4,399 yuan (around ₹55,000) and up to 5,799 yuan (around ₹72,000). The X300 Pro begins at 5,299 yuan (around ₹66,000) and goes up to 6,699 yuan (around ₹83,475). Vivo warned that these are Chinese prices so India may see higher numbers.
