Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer Kesari will release in theaters on 21st March 2019. Ahead of the release, a new poster was posted by Akshay Kumar on his social handles which also eventually confirmed that the Kesari team will be launching glimpses of the movie today. And the first teaser of the movie is out now.

Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is getting ready for his new project ‘Kesari’, in which he will portray the role of Havildar Isher Singh of the Saragarhi unit of the 36th Sikh Regiment. Akshay himself posted the poster of the film on his social media handles.
On Monday night, Akshay Kumar posted the first look of his upcoming a period-cum action-drama Kesari, he also disclosed that the ‘glimpses of Kesari’ will be out on Tuesday. Akshay Kumar posted the first teaser of Kesari on his social media accounts and also confirmed the release date of its trailer which is to be scheduled on February 21. Directed by Anurag Singh, Kesari is based on the battle of Saragarhi fought between the British Indian army’s Sikh Regiment and Afghan tribesmen in September 1897. Akshay Kumar is Portraying the role of Havildar Ishar Singh, who led the regiment in Saragarhi battle and defended his post against the army of 10,000 Afghan soldiers and even managed to successfully stop two attacks. The movie will be released in theaters on 21st March 2019.
