WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2020 LIVE Updates: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has declared the Madhyamik class 10 result 2020 on Wednesday (July 15) at 10 am on official website wbbse.or and wbresults.nic.in.
WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2020 will be made available on the official website, wbresults.nic.in 2020.
To check West Bengal 10th result, students have to log onto by using their roll number and date of birth. This year, about 10 lakh students have taken in the West Bengal 10th Board examination.
The WB Madhyamik result 2020 will be declared in the virtual press conference by the President of the Board for both regular and external.
Around 10,15,888 candidates have taken the Madhyamik examinations this year and of them, 5,76,009 are girls.

- On the homepage, click on the link that says ‘West Bengal Madhyamik result 2020’
- Input your roll, number and date of birth in the login page.
- Click on “Submit” option.
- The WBSE 10th Result 2020 will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take its print out for further use.
Madhyamik result through SMS:
Students can get their WB Madhyamik result 2020 through SMS by sending an SMS to 5676750 in the following format ‘WB10 Roll Number’.
“Result of Class 10 exams will be out tomorrow, while Class 12 results will be announced on 17th July: West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee,” ANI tweeted on Tuesday (July 14, 2020).
The WBBSE class 10th examination was conducted from February 18 to 27 while the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) held the class 12th exam from February 12 to 27.
Usually, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education announces the class 10th results in the month of May, however, this year result announcement got delayed due to Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent nationwide lockdown.
However, schools will provide the mark sheets to all their students by maintaining social distancing as there are several areas under lockdown and multiple containment zones in the state. However, there will be a delay of a few days as it has been tough to send the mark sheets to their respective locations.
In 2019, West Bengal Madhyamik result was out on May 21, 2020. The pass percentage of the students was 86.07% last year. Sougata Das from Mahammedpur Deshpran Vidyapith bagged the first rank in the West Bengal Class 10 exams by scoring 694 marks out of 700.
Aritra Pal has topped in Madhyamik examination this year with 99.14 per cent. This year, the madhyamik exam has recorded the highest pass percentage with 86.34%
The Madhyamik result this year registered the highest pass percentage with 86.34 per cent. The boys have outprerformed girls with 89.87 per cent. The pass percentage of girls is 83.48 per cent. Last year, the pass percentage was 86.07 per cent
