Breathtaking bollywood debuts of some celebrities in the year 2021

We have stepped into the last month of 2021 and it’s almost time to welcome the New Year. 2021, much like 2020, saw many digital releases as cinemas were shut across India during the second coronavirus wave. The year saw many big releases and, like every year, many celebrities made their debut in 2021.

Last year, Bollywood was graced by many new faces, including Alaya F, Roshan Mathew and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor. This year too, many fresh talents were introduced to the audience, including Ahan Shetty, Sharvari Wagh and Palak Tiwari.

AHAN SHETTY

Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty made his big Bollywood debut with Tadap. The film’s premiere was held in Mumbai, last night on December 1. Tadap, directed by Milan Lutharia, is a remake of Telugu hit RX 100. The film is produced by noted filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala.

Tadap is all set to release on December 4. Talking about his debut, Ahan said, “I was training for several years. I would meet producers and directors on sets as they are my father’s friends and colleagues but that doesn’t mean I would get a break from them. I wouldn’t say it was easy. Sajid sir saw my action and dance videos and called me, he asked me to send him a few audition tapes. Basically, it (me getting this film) wasn’t anything to do with my father being an actor. I got the film because of my talent.”

SHARVARI WAGH

Sharvari Wagh was an Assistant Director on Bajirao Mastani before she debuted with Bunty Aur Babli 2. The film also stars Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji and Siddhant Chaturvedi. It is the sequel to Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukerji-starrer 2005 film of the same name.

The actress spoke about her big Bollywood debut on Ranveer Singh’s show, The Big Picture, and said, “Promoting my debut film Bunty Aur Babli 2 on The Big Picture was a surreal moment not only because it was one of my first television integration but also the fact that I was on the same screen as Ranveer Singh. In 2015, I was an AD on one of Ranveer’s most iconic films Bajirao Mastani. I was a clap AD on the action unit and got to witness his mind-boggling performance so closely.”

The film was released on November 19.

PALAK TIWARI

Shweta Tiwari’s daughter Palak Tiwari made her debut with Hardy Sandhu’s Bijlee Bijlee song. The music video marks Palak’s first on-screen outing. The song was sung by Harrdy Sandhu. The music of the track was composed by B Praak while lyrics are penned by Jaani.

The aspiring actress has already released the teaser of her first Bollywood film, Rosie The Saffron Chapter. Based on true events, the teaser gives a peek into the eerie world that the film is set in.
