AIIMS NORCET 9 Admit Card 2025: AIIMS NORCET-9 (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test, Round 9) is a recruitment examination conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi, to fill Nursing Officer positions across its institutes in India. It’s held in two stages: a Preliminary exam (Prelims) and a Main exam (Mains) for shortlisted candidates.
Important Dates and Status
Below are the essential dates with their current status:
- The application form was made available starting from 22 July 2025.
- Submission of the application process ended on about 11 August 2025.
- On 7 September 2025, the City Intimation Slip (where the exam city is revealed to candidates) was released.
- The prelims exam date is 14 September 2025.
- The main exam date for those who qualify from prelims is 27 September 2025.
AIIMS NORCET 9 Admit Card 2025: When and Where?
On 11 September 2025, the NORCET-9 Prelims admit card can officially be obtained through the AIIMS exams portal. Beforehand, the hold on the release of the admit card was that it would be out two days before the exam (i.e. 12 September), but the sources seem to have it confirmed that it is already out.

Steps to Download the NORCET-9 Admit Card
In case you are a candidate of NORCET-9, here is a list of steps that will help you to download your admit card.
1. Visit the official site: Use your browser to open aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. First, locate the NORCET-9 area on the homepage: Either the link or the banner for Recruitment → NORCET-9 Admit Card / Hall Ticket is the next place that you need to go to.
3. Log in using your details: You must have the registration number / user ID and password (or other credentials that were given to you during registration). In some instances, mobile number or email + password are utilized.
4. Once you have keyed in the correct credentials, in order to access your admit card, submit it.
5. If your name, photograph, signature, roll/application number, category, date & time of exam, exam centre address, reporting time, and instructions are not mentioned then there is some mistake.
6. The admit card PDF shall be downloaded once you find all details are correct. Make a copy/print it on a clean A4 sheet, so as to be given on the day of examination.

What to Carry and What to Avoid on Exam Day?
To make sure things go smoothly, here’s what you must have and what you should not take when you go for the exam:
Must carry:
- The printed admit card. Without it, entry to exam hall is usually not granted.
- A valid photo identity proof (government issued): e.g. Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License.
- A recent passport-size photograph, preferably the same as uploaded during the application process.
What not to carry / what to avoid:
- Electronic gadgets (phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices) are banned
- Any-type-of reading material, books, notes, etc.
- Big bags, purses (if you’re allowed/passed) or quite many accessories that may slow down the verification process.

AIIMS NORCET 9 Admit Card 2025: What if There Is An Error / Discrepancy?
Errors may occur spelling the name, the exam centre address, the date, etc. If you find any discrepancy:
Do not overlook it. It might lead to a serious problem at the time of the exam.
Contact the AIIMS exam authority without delay via their helpline / email. Usually, the contact address is given in the exam notification or on the official portal.
Accompany the request of correction with your proof of application (screenshots, application confirmation).
Tips to be Best Prepared
1. Don’t wait for the last day. Download and print well in advance, sometimes websites get overloaded.
2. Go to the exam centre beforehand and confirm the location so you could plan your logistics (travel, stay, reach time).
3. If your photograph and signature on the admit card are not blurred, then, “hats off” to you. In case the photograph looks blurred, check the possibility of rectification.
