Batwara 1947 Box Office Collection: Sunny Deol’s latest release Batwara 1947 has had a relatively modest start at the Indian box office. Awarapan 2 Vs Batwara 1947

In other words, Batwara 1947 earned only around one-fourth of Awarapan 2’s opening-day collection.

The film brings Santoshi and Sunny Deol together again after several years and also features Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal and Karan Deol in important roles. It is produced under Aamir Khan Productions.
Can Batwara 1947 Recover Over the Weekend?
The opening day does not necessarily determine the final box-office outcome, particularly for a film released around an extended holiday period. The film now has the advantage of the Independence Day holiday and the extended weekend which could bring more audiences to theatres. A rise in footfall over the next few days would give the Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta starrer a chance to improve its overall performance.
