Stirring up controversy, senior journalist and AAP leader Ashish Khetan shares a series of tweets directly amplifying the allegations of corruption against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. This comes soon after senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani agreed to fight the defamation case against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for ‘free’.

Notably, the Bharatiya Janta Party recently took a jibe at Delhi CM for using public funds to fight a private case. To jazz up the controversy, Sanjay Kumar, Jethmalani’s private secretary, in a letter to the CM’s secretary had written, “Sir, This is with reference to the above subject matter (Arun Jaitley vs Arvind Kejriwal & Ors.). Mr Ram Jethmalani, Sr. Advocate’s retainer is Rs. 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Only) and appearance Fee per Court visit are Rs 22,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Two Lakh Only).”
However, Jethmalani in response said that “Everyone knows that I charge only the rich. If the government can’t pay, I will not charge. I will treat them as my poor client. This matter is instigated by Arun Jaitley. If he (Kejriwal) wins the suit, the cost will go back to the government. I will defend him till my last breath. If he can’t pay, I will appear for free.”
Khetan not only slammed the Finance Minister but also defended Kejriwal.
He tweeted:
.@arunjaitley @narendramodi Dear @narendramodi Sir, @ArvindKejriwal & @AamAadmiParty are pennyless. Your FM is a rich man, he can afford expensive advocates. We can’t

.@arunjaitley @narendramodi @ArvindKejriwal Jaitley has filed the case not agnst Kejriwal the individual. The case is agnst the idea he embodies, it’s agnst the people he represents.
