Aliyah Dhawan shaves her hair, Shikhar Dhawan reacts why he is a proud father

The team India’s opener Shikar Dhawan has shared a post of his daughter on social media and the post is doing rounds on the internet. Aliyah Dhawan posted a sequence of 5 photos in which she is holding her dog but what will leave you amazed os in the third picture Aliyah has shaved off her hair and has done all of it for a cause as she wanted to show her support for the cancer patients and to raise funds for them.

Dhawan shared two photos of Alia and wrote, ‘I am very proud of what Alia did. My daughter decided that she had shaved her hair to show her support to cancer patients and to raise funds for them. These are the moments when your heart is full. I am proud of you.’

Shikhar Dhawan’s reaction is of a proud father as his daughter is doing something for a cause and for a father it is something that gives a reason to be all proud and see their child grow and do things which need to be focused on.

Aliyah shared her picture with her boyfriend and her boyfriend also shaved his head for the cause.

Now we’re twins papa ? Massive thank you to my parents @aesha.dhawan5 and @shikhardofficial for making me compassionate and confident like them. Thank you to my boyfriend @zakis_adventure for shaving his head with me and him and my sister for shaving my head and being so supportive always. Thank you to all my friends and family and everyone else for donating or even just sharing, it means so much to me. And last but not least thanks to my dogs for being cute as I have never personally been so affected by someone with cancer who is very close to me, but it doesn’t take going through it to know how painful it must be to them and their loved ones. If you can’t shave, cut your hair, if not then colour it, if not then donate, if not then spread awareness and share. It doesn’t cost much to help or support. Thank you again. Aliyah Dhawan, along with her boyfriend Zakari Cass, has got their hair shaved for the same purpose. Alia also shared the post on Instagram and wrote, ‘Papa, now we are both twins. Thanks to my parents Ayesha and Shikhar Dhawan that they made me confident like myself. She thanked her boyfriend too, who shaved his hair with her.
