Megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s legal team has reportedly sent a legal notice to AAP leader and poet, Kumar Vishvas, for alleged copyright infringement, on Wednesday.
News18 reported that Bachchan’s lawyers have served the legal notice after Vishwas recorded a song using lyrics by Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
“This is a copyright infringement… ! legal will take care of this,” the veteran actor wrote on Twitter.
Soon, Kumar Vishvas responded on the issue by disclosing the earnings he made through the video. “Rcvd appreciation frm all poet’s family but Notice frm you Sir.Deleting the Tribute video to Babuji.Sending earned Rs 32 as demanded.Pranam,” he wrote on Twitter.
Vishvas had recorded the composition, Need Ka Nirman and uploaded it on YouTube. Through the notice, Vishwas was also asked to remove the poem and return the amount of money he has earned from it.
Need Ka Nirman is a popular composition of Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
Vishvas has not reacted on the issue yet.
