A Delhi court on Wednesday directed the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) to file a status report in connection with the PWD scam. Delhi government has been alleged of committing illegitimate favouritism in the case.

It was alleged that the PWD awarded a tender to Surendra Kumar Bansal, brother in law of Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.

The Court also sought a status report from ACB on an attack on Rahul Sharma who unravelled the issue.

Earlier on May 2, the ACB informed a Delhi court that it has lodged three separate FIRs on a criminal complaint filed against Kejriwal and others in an alleged PWD scam.

The court was informed that the three FIRs were registered by the ACB on its own on May 8.
