AP Grama Sachivalayam 2019 Certificate Verification: While the date to appear for the certificate verification process for posts in AP Sachivalayam was September 23, 2019, the scrutiny of the certificates as part of the recruitment process will begin from Tuesday, September 24.
Category wise certificates will be examined based on marks. The examination of category wise certificates will take place between September 24 and 26.
All information regarding the date, venue of certificate verification will be intimated to the candidate via SMS.
Those selected may be given appointment letters on September 29. Following a two-day training, selected candidates will be joining their posts on October 2.
The list of documents Candidates require to carry for verification
- Two pairs of certificates, 2 passport size photos signed by the Gazette Officer.
- Residence certificate, Aadhaar card is mandatory
- Birth Certificate
- Original certificates and marks sheet.
- Certificates of Education from 4th to 10th grade.
- Certificate of localization for candidates migrated to AP from Telangana between 02.06.2014 – 01.06.2019
Caste Certificate (if applicable) - BC Candidates’ should carry Non-Criminal Certificate
- Candidates are required to submit a self-certified copy of any criminal case against them.
- Candidates from the Divisions, Ex-Servicemen, Sports and NCC Divisions must carry the relevant certificates.
