Audi India Unveils 10-Year Roadside Assistance Program: To enhance customers’ overall driving experience and facilitate their handling of roadside emergencies, the German automobile manufacturer has recently introduced a ten-year Roadside Assistance program. This program will exclusively be applicable to vehicles that have been sold since October 1, 2023.
The initiative has been undertaken in accordance with the customer-centric Human-Centricity strategy of Audi India. It provides 24 x 7 x 365 coverage, on-site repair service, delivery of fuel and spare keys, travel or accommodation facilities, transportation, storage, and safekeeping of vehicles and whatnot.

In the interim, the organization has also implemented Charge my Audi, an advanced feature on the myAudiConnect application that provides customers of Audi e-trons with convenient access to multiple charging stations within a single location.
The brand asserts that the initiative not only enables consumers of electric vehicles to locate multiple charging stations within a single location but also grants them the capability to track the status of chargers in real time and functions as a unified payment gateway.
