Magnum opus ‘Bahubali 2: The Conclusion,’ has created a box office miracle even before its release in North America. As per Great India Films, the US distributor of the film, the advance ticket auctions have already eclipsed the maximum Indian grossing film (of any language) on opening day. Most trade pundits have anticipated the film to register recording opening all over the places upon its release.
It has been established that $3 million (Rs 19 crore approx.) has already been earned and tickets are being sold at $100,000 (Rs 64 lakhs) every hour. ‘Baahubali 2’ is the third Indian film to release in IMAX format and other large screen format.
The film is scheduled to release in around 9000 screens globally on Friday. It will have the biggest release ever for an Indian film. In India only, the film will open in 6500 screens in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Some trade analysts believe the film could be the first Indian film to breach the Rs 1000 crore club.
