The crime thriller by Sujoy Ghosh starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Panny has received a lot of appreciation from the critics as well as the audience.
The film on the first day had collected a decent collection of Rs 5.04 crore India and Rs 5.94 gross which is quite good for a non-holiday release.
The film witnessed a successful weekend at the box office and collected a total of Rs 23.20 Cr. India biz. and ₹ 27.38 cr. Gross.
Now on Wednesday, almost completing a week the film has refused to slow down on the box office. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed, that the film has collected Rs 3.55 cr taking the total to ₹ 34.35 cr. India biz and Gross BOC to ₹ 40.53 cr.

The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Amrita Singh in pivotal roles. It is Amitabh and Taapsee’s second film together after Pink. Pink collected Rs 4.32 cr on an opening day. So keeping that in view, it is Amitabh and Taapsee highest opening grosser.
The story is based on a young married entrepreneur finds herself in a locked hotel room next to the body of her dead lover. Hoping to find answers, she hires a prestigious lawyer to help her solve the mystery of what really happened.
