The air quality is deteriorating in many regions of Bihar as a result of the changing weather patterns. In numerous cities in the state, including the capital Patna, the AQI is in the bad range. Friday morning’s air quality was influenced by mist and mild fog. Siwan had the worst air quality issue of all the cities in the state. If the AQI in Patna exceeds 200, the air quality is poor. According to the data collected at 8 a.m. on Friday, the AQI measured at the monitoring centres constructed in Bihar’s major cities is included on the list.
The AQI in Siwan and Begusarai exceeded 300 at 8 a.m. on Friday. Patna’s Danapur DRM office registered an AQI of 275. As a result of shifting weather patterns, air quality is deteriorating. It is also anticipated that pollution may grow after the events.
