If the total capacity of the candidate’s preferred city is reached while filling out the application form, making the fee payment, or updating on the fee portal, the candidate will be given the option to choose another city or cancel the payment. If a candidate cancels his or her fee payment, the fee will be refunded to the mode of payment used. Under no circumstances will a request to change the location of the exam be considered. In such a case, CBSE has advised CTET applicants to complete their applications as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the deadline.

From December 2022 to January 2023, the Central Board of Secondary Education will hold the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exam in CBT (Computer Based Test Online) mode. The online application process will begin on October 31st. The deadline for submitting an online application is November 24th at 12 a.m. The candidates can pay the fee on November 25 before 1.30 p.m., according to the board. The board stated that the exact date of the exam will be printed on the candidates’ admit cards.
