This time, CTET exam cities will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. That is, if the candidate wishes to take the exam in the city of his choice, he must apply as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the last date. During the CTET 2022 application process, candidates must select an exam city. According to the CTET notice, candidates who complete their application and pay the examination fee will be assigned the city of examination based on availability in that city on a first-come, first served basis.

This capacity will also be available on the portal in which city the examination centre of the number of candidates can be kept. If the total capacity of the candidate’s preferred city is reached while filling out the application form, making the fee payment, or updating on the fee portal, the candidate will be given the option to choose another city or cancel the payment. If a candidate cancels his or her fee payment, the fee will be refunded to the mode of payment used. Under no circumstances will a request to change the location of the exam be considered. In such a case, CBSE has advised CTET applicants to complete their applications as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the deadline.
