The online registration have been started for the Bihar BEd Common Entrance Test (CET). Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website at bihar-cetbed-lnmu.in. Candidates can register for the examination until March 2, 2020.
As per the reports, the State BEd entrance exam will be conducted on March 29, 2020. The Bihar BEd CET will be held at Lalit Narayan Mithila University situated in Darbhanga. In case, candidates had made any mistake in the application form, they can do corrections until March 4, 2020, and pay the entrance fee on or before March 5, 2020.
The Bihar B.Ed. CET admit card will be released a few days before the exam, therefore, it is scheduled to be out till March 23 and available for the downloading process anytime before the exam.
Around 15 state universities offering Bed programme will consider the BEd CET results. The exam booklet available on the website can be downloaded for more information.
Eligibility criterion
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent marks.
- BE or BTech degree holders must have a specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55 per cent marks
- For Shiksha Shastri course, the Shastri course or BA (with Sanskrit as the main subject) with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

- Log in by using credentials and start the application process
- Make a payment
- Click on the submit option
Important things for filling the application form
- Scanned copy of passport size photograph
- Thumb impression of left hand and signature should be 20 kb to 50 kb and format should be JPG
- Signature (with black ink ball pen)

- General candidates – Rs. 1000
- SC/St candidates – Rs. 500
- EBC, BC, EWS, Women, and Differently-abled candidates – Rs. 750
