The wait for the Bihar board 10th examination result is over since Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has almost done the evaluation process of the remaining matric answer sheets which was resumed from May 6, according to the reports. In this case, the Bihar board 10th result is expected to be declared between May 20 and May 25, 2020.
According to the information, 97 % of the evaluation process of the copies has been completed so far, the board is likely to release the results between May 20 and May 25.
This year, more than 15 lakh students appeared in the Bihar board 10th exam conducted across 1368 examination centres, which was held from February 17 to February 24.
Last year, 80.73 percent of the candidates were successful in the matriculation examination, while in the year 2018, 68.89 percent of the candidates were successful.
Earlier, the BSEB had planned to declare the Bihar board 10th result on March 30 but could not make it to the target to release the result due to contractual teachers’ strike and COVID-19 outbreak.
Before lockdown, more than 20,000 teachers were assigned for the assessment process of matriculation answer sheets across 100 evaluation centres in the state.
BSEB had already announced the Bihar board 12th exam or intermediate examination result on March 24 this year.
