Nation capital seemed to be the central space for several people who gathered outside Delhi Police headquarters in the evening demanding the release of around 40 persons detained during a violent protest in Daryaganj, which led to even a car being burnt by the demonstrators.
Nine people were reported dead in UP because of widespread protests and violence against the amended law.
But a midnight court order seemed to have released the detained minors from Daryaganj after the protests. Normalcy came in Delhi on Saturday morning as services started to be resumed at all metro stations.
Several people gathered outside the Delhi Police Headquarters on Friday demanding the release of around 40 persons detained during the protest in Daryaganj. To support the protestors Priyanka Gandhi was seen supporting their cause on India Gate.
