Former Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the transfer orders that, along with many officials, include the name of Devendra Singh and Superintendent of Polic – JP Mishra, who were slated to submit a report on the Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case the very next day.
Claiming the development to be a wicked move, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader pointed out that investigations into the mass rape case was reaching government offices in Patna but Nitish Kumar first targeted Bihar Governor and now the CBI official.
Taking to the Twitter, Yadav posted the transfer order notice and highlighted the names of two officials –
So after Bihar Governor, CM Nitish also got CBI SP transferred. Tomorrow he wud hv submitted progress report on #MuzaffarpurShelterHome mass rape case in Highcourt.
The investigation was reaching to “Patna Sir” mentioned in Brajesh Thakur dairy.

He had recently asked Nitish Kumar to explain as to what relationship the JDU shared with Brajesh Thakur, the main accused in the Muzaffarpur shelter home case.
