For CBSE class 10th exam, Social Science is one of the most important subjects which comprise four parts history, geography, economics and political science. CBSE will be conducting the class 10th exams from February 15 till March 20.
Social Science exam is scheduled to be conducted on March 18 at 10:30 AM till 1:30 PM.
It is compulsory for every candidate to appear for each exam including for Social Science. As per the examination pattern, 20 marks will be of internal assessment while there will be 80 marks of written exam.

Here are some suggestion about how you can prepare for the Social Science Exam 2020
Focus on facts: As Social Science includes subjects like history, civics, and geography, so it has number of information based on facts and figures. Therefore, it is necessary for a candidate to be clear about facts. They are advised to tp prepare separate notes for each chapter.
Practice sample papers: Practising CBSE sample question papers is highly recommended for candidates so that they get acquainted with the trending questions that exam paper aims to be asked. This will also allow students to check on their speed of doing the paper and will be able to improve themselves.
Review/ Revision: Reviewing allows students to figure out where they are weak. If it seems tough to remember topics, then going back over and over again and revising things to get all facts clear is a must.
Practice map related questions: The Social Science paper of CBSE Class 10 includes locating and labelling for identification. Careful preparation of the map help in finishing the paper easily.
Study section- wise in sequence: This will allow you to memorise each section better otherwise this makes confused in trying to memorise all of them together.
Learn the concepts: Understanding these subjects rather than memorizing them will allow students to score better. So students must need to understand the concept and theory.
