CG TET 2020 exam postponed amid coronavirus outbreak, new date to be out soon

The new date will be released soon on the official site of CPEB at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates are required to wait for the new exam date until further notice.

CG TET 2020 exam: Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, CPEB has postponed CG TET 2020 exam amid coronavirus outbreak. The exam was slated to be held by the CPEB on March 22, 2020, in the state. The new date will be released soon on the official site of CPEB at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates are required to wait for the new exam date until further notice.

Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, CPEB is likely to release CG TET Admit Card 2020 soon. Eligible candidates who have applied for the exam can download the admit card through the official site of CPEB at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. The Chhattisgarh TET 2020 exam will be held all across 28 district headquarters in the state.

Steps to download the CG TET admit card 2020:

  • Visit the official website at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in
  • Now click on the link for CG TET Admit Card here
  • A new page will open on the screen
  • Now enter the requested details here and submit
  • On submission, your admit card will be in front of you.

The Chhattisgarh TET 2020 exam will be held in two shifts – exam in first shift will be conducted for Class I to V teacher from 09:30 AM to 12:15 PM and the second shift exam will be held from 02:00 PM to 04:45 PM for Class VI to VIII.

The exam will be conducted through offline mode. Paper 1 will have 5 sections while Paper 2 will have four sections. 150 multiple-choice questions will be asked in each paper. The first paper will be for those applicants who want to teach from first grade to 5th grade while the second paper will be for those applicants who want to teach from sixth to eighth grade. Applicants who want to teach in both classes will have to give both papers.
