CMAT 2026 Expected Cut Off: CMAT means Common Management Admission Test is a big entrance exam in India for students who want to study MBA or PGDM. This exam helps students get admission into more than 1,000 AICTE approved colleges, university MBA departments, and their affiliated colleges across the country. Many good colleges accept CMAT scores. But some famous institutes like IIMs, MDI Gurgaon, and XLRI Jamshedpur do not take CMAT marks.
Before this CMAT was conducted by AICTE until 2018. From 2019 onwards, the National Test Agency, also called NTA, has been handling this exam.

CMAT 2026 Exam Date and Pattern
CMAT 2026 is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2026. The exam level is considered moderate, which means it is not very easy but not extremely tough either. Students get a total of 180 minutes to finish the paper.
The exam has five sections. which include Quantitative Technique and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
CMAT Result 2026
The NTA CMAT result 2026 is expected to be announced very soon. Once the result is out, students can download their scorecard by logging in on the official website. After getting the score, candidates must choose colleges and apply for admission.
Around 1,300 MBA colleges in India accept CMAT scores. The cut off marks are different for each college. Top level colleges usually ask for scores between 90% and 99%. Colleges in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities often accept lower scores.
