NEW DELHI: The Management Trainee (MT) Admit Card for the CBT examination has been released by the Coal India Limited (CIL) on its official website. Those candidates who have registered for the CIL MT CBT Examination 2020 can download their admit card on the official website, coalindia.in.

A candidate can download the CIL Management Trainee Admit Card by using their login credentials like user name and password.

A total of 1,326 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment exam. The CIL Management Trainee 2020 exam will be conducted on Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28, 2020.

How to download Coal India MT 2020 Admit Cards:

Step 1: Go to the official website coalindia.in

Step 2: Click on the link ‘CIL MT 2020 Admit Card’

Step 3: On the new page, enter the login credentials

Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ option

Step 5: The admit card will be displayed

Step 6: Download the admit card and save a copy for future reference

The CIL MT 2020 Exam will include two papers:

  • Paper-1 will have multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English
  • Paper-2 will have discipline-related questions on professional knowledge

Qualified candidates who will be hired as Management Trainee will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs 50,000/- per month during the training period.

After completion of the one-year training period, candidates will be placed in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs 60,000/- with probation for 1 year. Other than Basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances including Performance Related Pay (PRP) as applicable for the post.

Appointed candidates have to serve the company for at least a period of 60 months from the date of joining the company. Therefore, the candidates will have to execute a service agreement bond of Rs 3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs) for the same at the time of joining.

It’s only a candidate’s responsibility for receiving, downloading and printing of the Admit Card / Interview Letters, information/communication etc.
