Release of Jeffrey Epstein-Maxwell Secret Travel Records:The financial records of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is set to be released according to a Colombian court ruling. Their international activities and their suspected influence operations have become the subject of renewed worldwide examination.

The Administrative Court of Cundinamarca issued a ruling which required Migración Colombia, the Colombian immigration authority, to release complete records about Epstein and Maxwell’s entry into the country after journalists proved that previous access denials were false.

The court discovered that which people wanted to access contained vital public information that exceeded existing security and privacy protection objections. Colombian authorities had earlier refused to release the documents, arguing that disclosure could compromise sensitive information.

The case gained momentum after recently released U.S. Department of Justice files allegedly referenced former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana in connection with Epstein and Maxwell. The documents contained travel information and photographs and email communications which showed social relationships between the three individuals during the early 2000s.

What the Newly Released Information Could Reveal?

The travel records are expected to show:

  • Dates of entry and exit into Colombia
  • Flight and immigration details
  • Potential travel companions
  • Links to official or private visits
  • Locations visited during their stay

The investigators and journalists believe the records will assist them in mapping Epstein’s worldwide network while they use the records to confirm the information found in earlier released emails and flight logs.

The widely discussed photograph currently shows Maxwell and Pastrana wearing Colombian Air Force uniforms which they used in 2002. Maxwell also allegedly claimed in emails that she flew a Blackhawk helicopter in Colombia during a visit to the Amazon region. Pastrana has met Epstein and Maxwell multiple times yet he denies participating in any unlawful activities.

Epstein Files Continue to Trigger Global Fallout

The Colombian ruling comes amid continued international interest in the so-called “Epstein Files,” a massive archive of documents, emails, images, videos, and flight records connected to Epstein’s trafficking network.

Following the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act in the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice released millions of pages of records in multiple phases throughout 2025 and 2026. Officials stated that around 3.5 million pages had been published, although reports suggested the broader archive could exceed six million pages.

The files have drawn attention because they include references to politicians, celebrities, business executives, and international figures. However, legal experts and investigators continue to stress that appearing in the records does not automatically imply criminal wrongdoing.

Epstein died in a New York jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The New York medical examiner ruled his death a suicide. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence in the United States for her role in recruiting and trafficking underage girls for Epstein.
